I use this combo and it works well. I haven’t really been to any malicious URLs, but so far so good. I don’t like the sandbox though because it constantly sandboxes programs I use everyday (ex. Skype, Acer Update, etc.). Is there any way to make it so it will quit sandboxing these programs?

Great video languy. Comodo and Avast together are an amazing security combo. Could you make a test with Avira and Threatfire or Avast and Threatfire?. Thanks.

I would like to see a similar video where Sandbox would actually be enabled.

Good review. When you installed the firewall did you choose: Firewall only, Firewall with optimum proactive defense, Firewall with maximum proactive defense+ ?
    Thanks

I didn’t disable it, I didn’t realize that if you install the firewall by itself the sandbox is disabled automatically, but no big deal I became the sandbox.

  13. 1234avast says:

hey nice review btw and y did u even disable the sandbox

  14. dcaine100 says:

Great review, excellent idea comparing Comodos AV with Avasts AV, i was doing a count while watching both videos and the AVs are about the same, Avasts AV blocked 7 things automatically and Comodos AV detected 6 things hard to choose both do great jobs :)

  15. languy99 says:

I can’t believe the sandbox was disabled sorry my mistake, it would have worked better and with less pop ups, but as you can see without the HIPS, the system would have been infected by malware.

  16. languy99 says:

because I like using a mouse. To each their own.
