I used all of the information here and it fixed my problem. I wish I found this before I reformatted, just to let everyone know, reformatting did not fix the problem, but it allow me to get online long enough to download the programs needed to fix the problem. thank you for your video.

hey my internet is fast but it’s like every 5 seconds the internet is gone and back again im using router btw
i was hit by antispyware soft and it disconnected the internet explorer, msn and other stuff but not firefox

Easy stuff, resetting the default setting for internet explorer fixed my connection.
Whatever the last virus did, it effected MSN IM and Google earth as well.
Mozilla Firefox was never touched by the virus.
i keep getting disconnected from the following xfire,windows live,and steam and it says am connected i can still go on internet but it constantly disconnects from those whats the prob?
