    find the regedit in “Search” and right click it and click “Run as” and open it as administrator

    i think its because my registry is damages.

    My #1 personal tip: if you screw up, boot from the “Last Known Good Configuration”. Bless that programmer at Microsft that suggested it, it resets the registry so it works!

    Or you can boot an Ubuntu live CD (or any other distro), copy the registry files to an USB pendrive before editing it, and if you mess it up and your Windows doesn’t boot, you boot again your Linux live CD and restore the registry files that you previously backed up.
    But if you have no documents to lose, you can format and reinstall Windows.
