You missed the flaw in the midi setting page.
if you rearrange any of the hardware devices and close it, they snap back to the default places.

You’re out of luck unless you know someone with a Mac and can copy the app. Otherwise you can reinstall, just make sure you make a backup.

I have a question. I’ve heard through the grape vine that apple may disable the Macintosh HD icon on the desktop by default. Now.. I know that you can go back and enable it simply, but my question is, since apple has done this, have they made more changes in the finder’s icon in the dock? for example, If I have a folder or file on my desktop, or another finder window, I can drag it to the Mac HD icon, and spring loaded folders will work. Is this case with the finder icon in Snow Leopard?

you should make a video opening 100 apps cmd O and show how fast it loads. also you should use a video camera so quicktime takes less resources.

Wow, I didn’t even notice that. Talk about a bonehead mistake. Thanks for the tip. I never changed that setting on leopard so they must default it to “My Processes” from now on.

Switch the “My Processes” tab list in Activity Monitor to “All Processes”, maybe that’s why it’s not showing much? I don’t know lol
