It’s very helpfull to put all of the needed files in one folder. You may creatively name it “Pwnage 3.1″ 2. Install pwnage tool 3.1.4 and run it 3. select expert mode 4. select your device, in this case the iPhone 2G 5. Pwnage tool will now browse for ipsw files, when it finds your selct it. 6. Once in the main customization menu, select “General” 7. Tick “Activate the phone” and “Enable baseband update”. I suggest increasing the size of the root partition to 590MB just to ensure a succesfull process. 8. Bootneuter settings: Tick the following: “Neuter Bootloader”, “Unlock Baseband” and “Auto delete BootNeuter.app” 9.
