I wanted to add more space to my Windows boot camp partition because I wanted to put a couple games on it. There are other ways to do this, but this is the option that I felt most comfortable with. I like this because you also have a backup of your windows boot camp partition, just in case anything goes wrong (like a virus..lol) Twitter.com/TheSavage042
live.pirillo.com – I haven’t installed Boot Camp since I used the Beta version on the Mac Mini. Ponzi needs to use Windows on her MacBook Pro, so she can run various applications. Using Boot Camp allows you to either boot your Mac like an actual Windows machine, or boot to OS X.
This is a step by step guide on how to download Windows 7 RC for free, burn it into a DVD, partition your hard drive, install it using boot camp, and select which operating system you want to use. This tutorial is fairly simple but please be very careful installing Windows. Although this tutorial shows how to do this with Windows 7, this tutorial will work if you want to install your own version of Windows you have also. From XP to Vista. If thats the case, skip the downloading and burning part of the tutorial, and advance to the part where I talk about going to spotlight and starting up the program called bootcamp. Then just substiture your your own Windows installation disk. Windows 7 will last till March for free. After March, it will shut down your computer after 2 hours of use. If you have any problems please let me know! Comment below! Thanks for watching!
